Eureka Air Virtual

Before applying to become a pilot with EAV, you must read, comprehend and agree to the following Terms of Service (TOS):

1. I am at least 13 years old.
2. I possess a legal copy of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004: A Century of Flight (we do not currently support any other versions of MSFS).
3. I have an active internet connection.
4. I have a valid e-mail address through which EAV can contact me on a regular basis.
5. I understand that I am not accepting any real-world employment or payment/salary when joining this virtual airline.
   
6. I have read and comprehend information and policies set forth in the Disclaimer, Copyright Policy, Privacy Policy, and Pilot Handbook.
7. I understand that I have ten (10) days after my application is accepted to fly my first flight with Eureka Air Virtual before my membership will be revoked.
8. I understand that I must complete at least one (1) flight every twenty (20) days and I understand that my membership will be suspended if this requirement has not been met (unless I have submitted and had a Leave Request accepted by EAV management).
9. I understand that in order to submit PiRep I must register with the forum after my application is accepted.
   
10. I understand that hours flown on other virtual airlines will NOT be accepted toward hours on Eureka Air Virtual (at this time there is no reason due to only one aircraft type being operated--soon though!)
11. I will act with the utmost professionalism and tact when communicating with fellow members, airline management, et cetera.
12. I will not provide false information in my Pilot Application and understand that if any information is found to be false, my membership may be suspended or terminated.
13. I understand that my Pilot Application for EAV can be rejected for any reason by management.
14. I understand that my membership with EAV can be terminated for any reason, any time without notice.
15. I grant Eureka Air Virtual management and other members permission to contact me through my e-mail address at any time with information, et cetera regarding the virtual airline (any other messages will NOT be allowed--only messages pertaining to EAV will be permitted).
